Dr. Francia Doñe
Henry

Dr. Francia Doñe Henry is the President of MION Consulting which is an organizational leadership development firm specializing in leadership and career development, project management training, organizational design and analysis, and program evaluation.

 

Dr. Henry has extensive organizational design experience in government, non-profit, and business settings where she has led strategic planning, organizational design and implementation, transformation, and sustainability planning. Additionally, Dr. Henry is an expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion-related topics, having served as a leader in several areas to lead change, develop staff, and inform policies, and organizational change.

 

Dr. Henry is a United States Army Reserves combat Veteran having served honorably in two combat tours in Kosovo (2001) and Kuwait and Iraq (2003). Dr. Henry’s background is rooted in organizational leadership, program evaluation, diversity, equity, inclusion, policing, and using data-driven strategies for problem-solving.

 

Dr. Henry is also an adjunct professor with over 20 years of teaching experience teaching and a curriculum writer. Dr. Henry’s research has focused on leadership mentoring, executive development, risk liability reduction, training, and administration and management.

 

Dr. Henry recently earned the honor of becoming a scholar with the Georgetown University certificate program as a representative for the PA State team and was recently selected to represent Harrisburg University’s project management team as the inaugural instructor for HU Latin America in Panama. She also accepted the first-ever FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association award for the State of New York, having led and coordinated the project.

 

As the inaugural Board President of Tech Centro Vice-president of the Latino Hispanic Professionals Association in Harrisburg, and a member of several non-profit organizations in Central Pennsylvania.

 

Dr.Henry is dedicated to helping others through mentoring, support, and community service. Moreover, Dr. Henry enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her community.
