Rafiyqa Muhammad
Rafiyqa Muhammad is an environmental advocate and organizer who is a passionate advocate for urban gardens, trees and healthy living. Seh is Artistic Director of Ngozi, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to providing training and education to the African American community in the areas of academics, cultural awareness, physical fitness, food and nutrition, economics, African/African American studies, and self-help programs.

Ms. Muhammad has been a dedicated advocate of environmental justice with emphasis on promoting healthy lifestyles and sustainable development. She has also been actively engaged for decades in beautifying Harrisburg with a focus on protecting trees and gardens. She is passionate about educating youth in appreciating and caring for the natural environment.
